The League: Intelligent Dating App Reviews

This has been the only dating app to give immediate and personalized responses to any questions, ideas etc. Also the only app where I havent felt uncomfortable by a strangers remarks. Look forward to seeing what more is to come, as they seem to be constantly adding new features.

The concierges are very helpful and communicative! The group chats are great and let you know about events you might be interested in (based on the groups youve selected) that you might not have known about otherwise!

Creative and fun. This app is great for meeting folks in Los Angeles (and Im sure in other cities!)

The reason I give this a 4 star for the app but 5 stars for the concept. It is brilliant for someone like myself who is looking for an educated man with the goods to back it up. Many people complain about the wait list, my advice is... Follow the directions given. You learned that in school right? I have yet to find a match but Im hopeful. Id suggest asking a few more personal questions from users to have more successful matches. Because Education, race, height etc isnt enough. (Although education is enough for me to be honest) Nothing extensive is needed but something to help users find matches. I love that this idea otherwise. Kudos to the young gal from Stanford. She understands the struggle. Proud of you even though I dont know you. Oh and I like the concierge concept. Its cute. I like the tips we get on what to do for more exposure. It gives it a personal touch.

I love how there arent any robots like there are on other sites like tinder and bumble. They also throw great events- feels like a community as well as a dating app.

Was recommended to this app by a friend and its pretty solid. Its more private than others that Ive tried and more selective. Plus I feel like the people I connect with are a better fit for me. Keep up the great work "my concierge"!

The app works well and is simple and straight the point. The concierge gives the app a personalized feel and keeps you up to speed with new developments sending tips and relevant messages. Although meant for dating mainly, the groups and the dynamics of the social settings makes it also a great way to socialize with like minded people and attend events. In a way similar to ASW as an exclusive community.

The League is my favorite dating app. Quality over quantity everyday. Its easy to use and the customer support is amazing!

The League seems to be still warming up. So far, so good. Im all for a service that values education and that verifies users. Im tired of fraudulent profiles and trolls on other apps. Heres hoping that there are enough good people out there to make The League a success.

Once you download the app youre given a number on the waiting list. Mine started out as #29466 out of #29466. Now, its #29243 out of #29509 after 3 days. Down an average of what seems to be 75 a day, at which rate I can expect to get off the wait list in... about a year or so. Except if you talk to the other people in the waiting room, some will tell you theyve been #1 for up to 18 days. If you pay, you get processed/in within 24 hours. Smells like a scam to me. Im not wasting my time waiting and Im going out there instead. I recommend you do the same.

Ive been on the league since the beginning and have been on many dates, some good, some not so good. I recently took a league date to a $120 wine tasting where I got to watch her as she flirted with other guys. When I decided not to continue the date with dinner, the sweetheart flagged me. Apparently that was my second flag and now Im permanently removed from the app. This seems pretty unfair that anyone can flag anyone for no reason other and get them kicked off the app. You have to realize that some women (and certainly men) are flag-happy and are going to flag people because theyre jaded or they simply dont want to see the person in their feed anymore. Limit the number of flags per person, have an option to simply remove someone from your inbox and if it only takes two flags to be removed, there needs to be some sort of explanation or evidence provided to the affected user. Otherwise, this app will just become a wasteland of jaded single people, the first to flag and the last to couple up.

Ive been on the wait list since June of 2015 and I am still over 3,000 in the wait list. I was just over 2,000 but was bumped up 300 then more after writing a review. Plus I found my account had been disabled already when I tried to disable it. Theyre scammers looking to make money by advertising exclusivity, but from talking to others I know on the app the people are no better than other apps. The wait list puts you one to two spaces lower each day but sometimes not at all. Today I was bumped up behind where I was. I am an NYU film student who works at production companies. Dont waste your time or money with this...

I cant even get this app to open anymore. When it used to open, no one would write anything. They always seemed to be too busy being "founders" or something like that. That was the only thing that seemed selective about it. The quality and quantity of people dropped pretty fast. I wonder if there is still a wait to get on the app. That wait is just because the app cant seem to handle the number of users. They now have something called groups which is a free for all forum for thousands of people. Thank goodness people are lazy otherwise that would be a mess. Its like theyre trying to force create meet-ups on a dating app.
