The concierge is hilarious. The company is constantly asking for our feedback and will bend over backwards to help make my experience with the app great. Have never used an app with such a high touch personalized service it feels like I have a friend every time I login. I know app has been a bit buggy but it seems like they are finally in a good place. The new features theyve added around events are really cool too - met a lot of great people at some of the events. Not sure why people are so angry in the other reviews - I guess because they havent opened many cities yet but its because they are making sure the product will be solid so its not a bad thing. I like that we all have to wait on a waitlist - shows me that the people in the community are serious. Honestly its been such a great way to meet people in NYC I cant say enough positive things.
