App issues fixed!

The BEST most professional customer service. My app was not working as it should and I contacted support, but expected a computer automated generates response. I was more than surprised when a person got back to me, and in a very time efficient manner. Nothing but care and professionalism was demonstrated, and my issue was fixed.
Customer service is important because it reflects directly on the company. I would say they exceeded my expectations and because of my experience I trust the app, and the way the league does business.
